除非另有声明，软件内的文字、图像、照片、图片、视频、音频、电子文档均归或其关联公司所有。未经书面许可，任何人不得擅自使用。
All texts, images, graphics, audio, video and animation files on this site are copyrighted by Sunda or applicable licensors unless otherwise stated. Without prior written consent of Sunda or other related parties, any content on the site shall not be used, reproduced, photocopied or modified.
软件的Logo、品牌等文字、图形及其组合，以及软件的其他标识、产品和服务名称均为及其关联公司，未经书面授权，任何人不得以任何方式展示、使用或作其他处理，也不得向他人表明您有权展示、使用或作其他处理。
Such words, graphics and combinations of the software as logos, brands, product and service marks (collectively the “Trademarks”), belong to Sunda and its affiliates. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of SUNDA Co. or the third party owner of such Trademark.

Some software services belong to picture sharing service, in which information (including but not limited to company name, contacts, product information, images, videos, etc.) is provided and uploaded by users, and users shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities for the said information.

二、应用中使用第三方SDK和权限

APP目前已集成极光推送、谷歌地图、谷歌翻译、第三方客服系统、友盟统计等SDK,SDK可能会收集用户设备等信息, 以实现使用功能、提供统计分析服务和反馈APP崩溃和方便修复等问题。
1.Third-Party Providers SDK (Software Development Kit)
The application has integrated such SDK as Aurora Push, Google Maps, Google Translate, Third-party customer service system, and Youmeng Statistics. The SDK may collect user’s device information so as to provide statistical analysis services, feed back problems such as APP crash and make timely repair.
2.我们对于软件需要在用户使用的设备上获取的权限非常严格和克制。
坚决不会在不需要要求或未经授权时获取任何无关的隐私权限，例如读取通话记录、读取通讯录、读取短信、获取定位（查看附件门店/客户需向客服发送位置时请求）、录音（采用语音向客服发送消息时请求）、拨打电话（点击联系绑定服务人员或已记录的客户时请求）、发送短信等。
2. We are very strict about the user permissions that the software needs to obtain on the devices.
We resolutely won’t obtain any irrelevant privacy permissions when not required or unauthorized, such as your contact records, contact persons, messages, location (collected when you find the near stores/send location to customer service), recorder (collected when sending voice messages to customer service), phone calls (collected when clicking to contacts binding or recorded customers), sending messages, etc.

十、关于账号注销

您可以在APP的个人资料中心的意见反馈中，提交注销需求，我们将安排专业人员响应注销需求。在注销账户之后，我们将停止为您提供产品或服务，并依据您的要求，删除您的个人信息，法律法规另有规定的除外。一经确认将在1个工作日内注销账号资料。
You can submit the cancellation request in the feedback of the APP’s personal center, and we will arrange professionals to respond to your request. After the account is cancelled, we will stop providing products or services to you and delete your personal information according to your requirements, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. Once confirmed, account information will be cancelled within one working day.
